Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 3777) on the following:                                     
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 399(FIN)                                                                 
     "An Act establishing the office of elder fraud and assistance; and                             
     relating to fraud involving older Alaskans."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 399(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 399(STA),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.
